Brief Introduction of control system |

The electric control technologies and parts are mainly from Germany. Through the cooperation with Germany Brilliant elevators not only have the European elevator’s feature (namely safety, reliability and no trouble.)but also have the advantages of Asian elevator(namely smooth and comfortable). So it is the perfect combination of orient and occident technologies.
There are two kinds of control systems of Brilliant elevators in the market. Thereinto Ks control system is imported from Germany. It is the world top products by its function and stability. It is mainly used in commercial used elevators. QS system’s hardwares are manufactured in China using German technology. Its technology is very advanced . it has many functions and is a reasonable performance/price ratio product. It is mainly used in civilian elevators and scriptorium.

Features of control system |

1. main control system
The application of Motorola32bit processor and 54MHZ crystal oscillator makes the main control system have the data operation capability of 50MIPS and high speed signal disposal capability. That advantages ensure it can deal with the complicated information disposal and logical operation of the elevator group control system easily and freely.
2. Serial Communication
LON-BUS field bus is adopted as the communication media between the main control system and the call signal and car signal. Every contact point of LON—BUS field bus includes a Neuron chip which has the function of self-identification, self-diagnosis, digital filtering. These functions ensure the system has extremely strong capability against disturbance during the communication process. Open style structure is applied for LON-BUS field bus to build LAN through Lon Ethernt 、Lon Web and connected with INTERNET.
3. modularization structure
Various modules function are perfect. The input point and output point are set flexibly through parameter. Various modules function can be configured flexibly in accordance with the demands to build a control system of high performance/cost ratio.
4. It can serve many kinds of car position detection system
By setting parameter it can select various coder (e.g. The simple hatchway coder, incremental coder) of detecting the car position.
5.It has the relevel function and advance door opening function.
6. group control function
It has the group control of 8 elevators at best. It doesn’t need group control system. Bus topological structure is applied for communication between elevators. It can support both group control operation and single elevator operation.
7. Long-distance control function
It can carry through real-time supervision over one elevator or many elevators to observe the operating state of elevator. It can also modify some parameters of control system. It can dial automatically and call designated maintenance workers
if malfunction emerges.
8. Abundant parameter function, interface which is apt to operate
Various function parameters can be set and observed through the key and liquid crystal display of the control system. By the setting of parameter, the function of elevator can be fit for the standards of different countries.
