The escalator workshop, which was designed and constructed by the enterprise itself, occupies an area of 20,000 m2 with annual production capacity of 2000 units. Since advanced light absorbing roof technique and all-sealed door-window system has been adopted, the workshop enjoys sunshine all year round and is pleasantly warm inside so that an ideal exterior environment has been created to ensure process precision at all periods.
Brilliant company's integrated track welding equipment, which is developed and designed by Brilliant company itself, is professional equipment for manufacturing series of escalator truss and at the leading position in China now . Its main features: 1.High manufacturing accuracy, quick and accurate position, 0-35°random adjustment of angle of truss of series of escalator and passenger conveyor. 2.Escalator truss can be erected, welded and lifted to 2-8m in one time. 3.Meet the manufacturing requirement of series of escalator truss (step width of 0.6m, 0.8m and 1.0m). The planeness of unit section of truss is less than 3mm.
In the assembling process of escalator, the assembling workers must operate scientifically under the guidance of technicians throughout the whole process and strictly conform to the specifications subscribed in "The Handbook for the Assemblage of Escalator" composed by the enterprise. Advanced technique equipment has greatly reduced impact from artificial factors. The enterprise organizes regularly various study and training so as to enhance gradually the working capacity of the staffs. Complete inspection system and inspection means are carried out through the whole process ranging from components production, and parts assemblage to overall installation so that every product is safe, reliable and durable.
