In test tower, the test elevator moves up and down continuously for 24 hours by control of mechanical hand. Before final model determination, fatigue test will be conducted by simulating elevator's actual running status to ensure each new product up to the design target absolutely. Meanwhile, through recording the running times of elevator to mensurate failure rate, it makes the optimized design of each part.
 
     
 
   
The mechanical hand for elevator test adopts PLC control system. It is reliable in operation and can maintain continuous operation and simulate actual running.
 
     
 
 

     
 
Since the position of escalator in the process of installation is different from that of its operation, a working state test platform has been established in the workshop in order to know the status of escalator in operation. Post-installation escalator should be put on the test platform for a test operation; the running conditions and the setting method of escalator in test should be completely in line with those when it is normally operated. Run the escalator upward and downward, respectively, for a subscribed time. Check and survey all performance indexes to enable it reach ex-factory standard.
 
     
 
 

     
 
 
◇The door machine controller adopts advanced Harvard Bus structured micro-processor and VVVF controller which ensure the reliable performance of door machine and make the open and close performance curve more smoothly and gently.

◇We continuously and strictly carry out fatigue test against each new door machine and door machine controlling system by means of door machine controlling testing platform.
